Digging into it more, it seems to not be a batch release problem but rather Ticketmaster and AXS having completely different seats available. Ticketmaster looks nearly sold out, with sector 102 completely unavailable for example, but on AXS the venue looks nearly empty

On Thursday morning https://www.glassanimals.com/live/ redirected to Ticketmaster, now it redirects to AXS

and I wasn't aware that there were two different ways to find seats....

Ticketmaster support is offering a refund if I buy a ticket of the same or higher value from their website, but there's not really better seats left on their website apart from the Official Platinum very expensive ones lol

All the good seats are on AXS

hmm or maybe 111 would be a good compromise, there's a bunch non-platinum seats there I looked wrong

There’s not a whole lot of other ways back - the cable car may be useful as its likely the DLR and Elizabeth Line will be fine which can both be got from custom house which is near the end of the cable car

an email was sent out a couple of hours ago that the only way you can access your tickets is through the o2 app and that prompts you to log in through axs so i guess that would be why ticketmaster won’t work despite being able to buy tickets there?

Just download the o2 app, register with the email you purchased the ticket with, the ticket will show up automatically

I think people are aware, but in case - O2 allows indoor queueing, there are food places, both sit down restaurants and takeaway places throughout and you can leave the queue to get food, there are full service public toilets

If you come too early and don't want to queue or are seated there's a bowling alley with an arcade, shops and a cinema. There's stuff to do. Or come chat, people are plenty friendly!
