unless anyone knows any other, aeternos has always been a free hosting site, customizable with mods/plugins i believe. however the owner needs to keep an eye on it as it shuts off after 2 hours of no activity

yeahh, not sure what he may have used, but myself, i've used both bisecthosting and mcprohosting aswell to host servers, and you can get some pretty cheap monthly plans, depending on how many players and mods you're planning to use. apexhosting i believe is another one that's commonly used
