Hey @ashen hawk,
Facebook and AppleID are both more secure login methods than Google, Game Center, etc. - basically each time you access, we have to request a new authentication token.
If you would like to disconnect FB or AppleID double check you've got an email attached and you should be good to do so, depending on what name(s) you'd like displayed as well of course
