Playing with friends or others with external communication in public lobbies is against fair play rules. You can play in casual private games. Just so you know @gray lintel.

Yes of course for PRIVATE GAMES ONLY.
I would like to play 2vs2 or 3vs3 for example...
So far I have one friend, and I am looking to expand my circle of RISK friends, so we can host FUN ALLIANCE games.
