Bug: Capturing all capitals, yet the game doesn't end.

I've had this happen in 1/3 of my games this week. After conquering all capital, the game continues when the remaining opponents are bots.

Even killing them all of doesn't resolve the issue.

The only way out is resigning myself (do l lost points that way?

Just now l disconnected my game on purpose after this bug, to ensure l earn the points. But i'm interested jn seeing my opponents their ranks. Thank you so much for answering!!

PS:
(I reporter it multiple times in MSG by report - let's say red - and explaing the bug, and explicity stating the red player is'nt cheating, but using the report button as a commucation tool to contact SMG to dirctly look into the game)

Unfortunately they don’t currently have an in game bug report, but having that as an option in the report function is something I have suggested in the past. I too have once or twice tried to use the report to specify a bug but maybe it is a bad idea and could show as a report against the player since their systems are automated. I somehow doubt anyone is reading what we write into the text box.

What you are describing is a known bug and the only real way out is to surrender. Somehow they detect the glitch but can’t fix it so they know you won. You should see that reflected in your win numbers and ranking within 24hrs after the game if it is working as they claim. I think this may be one of the bugs to be resolved in the next update but maybe we have to wait for the bigger network overhaul update.
