Is anyone else experiencing games that give unrealistic odds to a player that inevitably wins the game? What I mean is a player having a troop count that is only 5 higher yet they only lose 1-5 troops. I had a game last night the player had a stack of 35 and took out my 33 stack while only losing 3 troops and then proceeded to take out another 28 stack and only lost 5 troops. Meanwhile I can have a stack of 40 and hit a stack of 20 causing a loss of 12 troops. Anybody else experience this? It happens in at least 70% of the games I play.

Not sure. Is it possible to modify (hack) the game to skew the dice rng in your favour? I reported a player for hacking, but wasn't sure if it was even possible to hack in this way. Could have been just insane bad luck. All BB. Normal 7v3: I lose 5. He wins a 9v6 manual cap roll with 5 left. I lose a 13v5 BB cap roll and only kill 2. I also lost a 3v1 after I lost the cap roll, and then had no trade on 4, so good chance the Risk gods were just hanging me out to dry a bit!
Just about anything is possible if you play true random

Yes. I had an extremely obvious case in a game. Ran through 2,2,1,2,2,1 without losing a single troop in the first turn, then repeated that in the second turn, or something like that. by turn 3 everyone teamed on the cheater.
should only apply for their attacks
This is very rare but possible. Report in game for hacking. The network update will fix this so it's not possible.
technically everything is possible, but they had these dice the whole game (I think we killed them on turn 7 or so). hardly ever lost a troop on a 3 and nothing on 1 or 2.
