Could have added mountain chains to make czechia/slovakia harder to access from Poland, and some sea connections

Estonia 4 territory names could be
NW - Harju & Läänemaa or just Harjumaa
NE - Virumaa
SW - Sakala
SE - Ugandi

Yes thank you! I couldn’t find a good map of Estonia with regional names (other than one with like a dozen smaller counties, which would’ve been way too much to fit on my map)
