I love the idea of this map and its execution. The Arab territory is just so bombastic
googling bombastic that is definitely not what I meant, but you get what I mean
Thank you, and I agree:
definitely huge, still I kept it true to real life.
Maybe I should've divided the Arab territory more if at all possible whilst based on real life...
No, I meant that I like the Arab territory
it makes the map more unique and based on the premise of the map its justified in existing
Its like an uber-Mercia on Britannia Advanced
Ah, I see 😅
I'm not familiar with Brit. Adv. but I know exactly what you mean. Pangea also has these territories that vastly fluctuate in size relative to each other, thus giving the map unique mobility routes
Great idea! You forgot Berbers (Amazigs) and Copts (Native Egyptian) because they were cplonized by Arabs. Sakhrawi are modern arabs, btw)
Thank you,
I left out quite a few tribes / ethnicities, because I based the concept almost 1 to 1 on this map:
https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Fleyue3fkfzg51.png
and depicting all of the territories wouldn't have been good design.
Although I'd welcome a reason to create more territories in the north to create better balance. Sadly the time has already come where I move on to other designs
