my new pc was having a problem, it got delivered back to me today, first time i use new pc again, so switched pc, thats it, but it used to work well on both my old and new pc
i closed the game down, then logged back in to the same result

Every now and then they get bugged for me too

i found it, somehow pc had auto-settings off for the timer, so it was like half a day off compared to real time, when i allowed it back to automated setting and timer was correct, it worked again

off course i noticed just after i submitted my ticket 👀
i managed to get my 2 gems daily, i will have to check in the morning if anything weird happened in the time im away, but i guess my PC timer being off was main reason
