I can't receive battle point gifts even though I have enough points

You must visit SMG corporate headquarters. Sign in at the front desk and wait in the lobby. Battle points will be issued shortly. Sometimes it helps if you bring cookies. Sorry they don’t validate parking or reimburse for your flight.

Either that or you can restart your game app and/or wait till things reset at UTC O. If that doesn’t work, then I guess try that cookie thing👆
