When a CC game ends with multiple players left in the game, how are rankings determined? Who gets 2nd place? In the last game I lost my capital, but still had more troops and territories than the rest. Did I get 2nd?

Unless it's been changed, it should be everyone but the winner gets the lowest possible place eg 4 players left, 1 cap runs so everyone else gets 4th

Pretty sure that is tourney placement. I think ranked games actually use tiebreakers to determine placement. I believe ranked games need to fill out the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. That would be territory/troop counts. Not sure exactly which one goes first though.
