Warning to everybody, just played 'Lily the Poet" Played with 2 or 3 accounts to just make a game impossible to win. Also stalling the game for like hours. Almost had the win but then got sued into by not one but two other players out of nowhere who weren't in my line of sight (because of the fog) for the full game. If you see this player appearing (we played meta settings Europe Advanced) either kick or leave. Sorry for complaining. Have a great time you all!

Turns out I know the guy and they were not cheating.

You really shouldn't go around accusing people of foul play for your own gain.

Just think about what it would feel like for you if someone did that to you. Rules in #⬟welcome also tell you that this server is supposed to be a safe space for everyone. Let's keep it that way.

I get that losing games sucks, especially if you think it was out of your control. But the healthy way to deal with it would be to take it as an opportunity to try and learn and move on with it.

Mate believe me, I have no intention to accuse someone of something if I have any doubt. But this was the most extreme thing I have ever witnessed. You may believe me or you may not. But I wouldn’t have made a post if I had any doubt on my mind. I’ll remove the post if this is in violation of any kind of rule. Just wanted to warn players.

It's not about if I believe you or not. Not even about if they were actually cheating or not.

You simply shouldn't do something like that. People like you come in here everyday saying "this is the most blatant case of cheating I've ever seen". The majority of the time it's just not true. That's always just an attempt to vent and quite an embarrassing one if you ask me.
Risk has an in-game reporting system. Use it and move on with your day. It speaks a lot for your arrogance that you would think you know more than the system itself. Just imagine how much better of a player you could become if you were humble and actually tried to figure out what you could do better.

They're not a problem if you make them go into your opponents. Similar to bots, it's possible to control them quite easily.

I agree with you that it sucks to play against low level players if you yourself have already advanced past that stage.

I'd love to see skill based matchmaking in Risk, which would increase the quality of ranked games by a lot.

You can, but that's not very effective if you're the only one doing it.

Allright, I get what you’re saying. This is in no way meant to be arrogant. This post was meant to be warning other players about entering the lobby with this player. Of course I did report in game. I’m not trying to sell my loss or blame someone. To be honest, I don’t mind about losing at all. Where I do care about is having a fun time. I have played a lot of strange games in the past and did not care to write about that.

I’ll remove all of the posts at the end of the evening when I’m home. Sorry to have bothered you all. Have a day/evening!

Your best avenue in situations like this is to always report suspected players in the game. The game and the players will be looked at and you'll even get a notification back at some point on the outcome.
