This seems like really poor mall planning. Having this many yellow stores clustered together will numb the customers eyes. (Diversity of layout is key. Don’t put the two shoe stores in the mall right next to each other.)

I think every mall needs only yellow stores!
It was a pretty short-living mall. was supposed to be a 4 player game. one didn't ready up, host left turn 1, the remaining human had no chance.
