Id say just card trade with purple. Red will eventually get bored and slam 1 of ur caps
He will prolly take 1 of ur territories per round to get himself cards, but if he doesnt move that 1500 stack then u can put a few troops here and there to make it harder for him to take ur territories, if not completely stop him

Im sure this game is over by now but forcing red to block his cap then going for purple kill is best chance
So he cant use all his troops to block you
And keep your burgandy cap open to red
