I’ve seen a lot of messages stating that secret missions is unbalanced or too luck based. What exactly is the root of the issue, and what would need to change to make it balanced?

Someone else can play their game, eg prog game, kill someone positive and the game ends because someone else had that mission. Missions should be completed by the person who has said mission imo

Hold 30 territories with 2 or more troops
I think there's a mission like this
It feels really harder in comparison to kill player X
Take 28 territories feels hard as well
I had a game where i was supposed to kill a player to win
And that player was literally the one i spawned lined up on lol that was over within 4 turns

One of the biggest issues I think is that the game will abruptly end and you will lose if someone needs to kill Blue, and blue decides he wants to surrender on turn 1...
