Where do I report players playing more than 1 account?

Played a game where I was fighting both black and purple, down to my last territory, lost everything trying to make a single attack. Immediately afterwards, but not after my turn was over red laughed. There's no way he should have known what was going on, as the game had fog of war.

Like seriously.

Marion the Tyrant 2 and General Gonzolas (?) 7, same profile pic, same naming conventions? Likely just cycle their accounts when/if you ban them. And the red player I forgot the name had similar naming conventions, they're not even smart enough to attempt to mix them up, which mean they're probably mid-teens players.

Come on, I'm supposed to believe this game is worth even $12??
Give me a break, this game is rampant with cheaters.

Cheating reports are not handled via community chatrooms, to report cheating you need to do so in-game.
Process:

• Click the avatar of who you wish to report on the right
• Select the red triangle box on the left panel below the avatar in alliance window
• Select the reason and hit send
  You will receive a reply within 30d regarding the outcome of the report.

Even with fog of war You can Tell when someone attacks and how many Times they attack by looking at the dice in the lower part of the screen(where it says draft->attack->fortify) which animates each time someone attacks

Also that laughing emote isn't proof of anything lol
