So I'll set the scene since I don't have any pictures or recordings of the game.
This was a Europe Advanced Fixed game with 6 players, there were 3 players left. Me as white with 2 caps and no bonuses, a Green AI with 2 Caps (both with 1 troop) and Black with 2 caps. I had no bonuses or territory, Green and Black had a bunch of bonuses/territory and Black had a lot of troops.
In Blacks last turn, they had taken a cap from Green and I saw a line to cap run. I went for it, using pretty much every troop I had, but managed to pull it off. I had all 6 caps, but the game didn't end. I thought at 1st that both players became AI, since I definitely had all 6 and it was definitely past turn 3, so I wanted to wait a turn before leaving to make sure.
But no, Black never left. All the caps were promptly taken by Black and they won the game. So I'm unsure what I missed, wondering if anyone else would know anything.
