Hello, I'm not judging or anything it's just a survey. I hope this gives a feedback cause I just love to see the Risk community grow as you do ofc.

1- From 1-10, how much do you rate SMG support speed when dealing with reported bugs.

2- are you satisfied with this or no. If yes, why? If no, what's your suggestion?

Personally I think they did a great job enhancing the game and I appreciate all their efforts, but I'm really concerned that many bugs are still being reported over and over again for a long period of time.

Feel free to write your opinion cause it's important.

SMG Josh asked the senior staff here what their top 5 ideas were for things to work on after the network overhaul, and bugs was on my list.

In other games, even big budget ones, there’s still bugs, so I don’t think Risk’s below average in this area. More of an issue with gaming as a whole.

For Risk and most other games over the last 5 years, everyone loves to constantly throw out the line of “Artists don’t fix bugs! 🤓”, but never consider hiring more bug fixers.

Thanks for sharing that insight. It's great to know that bugs were on your list of priorities after the network overhaul. It's reassuring to hear that the team is aware and considering it.

I think it's crucial to balance between creating new content and fixing ongoing issues, and it’s good to see that SMG is taking steps in this direction.

Thanks again for all the hard work. I’m excited to see how the game continues to evolve.

So considering that the network upgrade is taking a lot longer than expected. Expect the network update to be done by 2025, and bugs and glitches by 2026. Patience is a virtue around here. And I agree with the point raised above. Lots of companies make games for people to play… many of them have few employees to resolve bugs. Most likely as there is no money to be made from it… unless they are significantly impacting new sales.
