no just fog and blizzards on progressive caps

mainly just bad timing on my part
red feels like hitting me on the same round i try to hit white and vic versa

ah, then that should be illegal because you aren't allowed to be with friends/make alliances if they aren't on! Also just end the game quicker so you get out of that toxic lobby/resign!

and was instead bringing all his troops to stack in front of my cap
