The FAQ currently contains 2 videos.
The first is about dice and the 2nd is about cheating.

About 1.:
The dice code doesn't explain much about how risk dice are actually calculated and that BB doesn't touch troops lost in the calculation, which causes bigger stacks to have more extreme outcomes. It also doesn't touch on the 35 and 70 troop limit for caps and normal territories to use a different calculation method.

About 2.:
It doesn't say where you can find the very hidden fair play rules (at the bottom of your news), and it states that 3rd party software is forbidden (which is not stated in the fair play rules). Any 3rd party software would include screen capture software (for streaming or screenshots), or macro software that is often included in gaming hardware.
For anyone that would like to verify my claim I will link the playlist below.

Generals, it's time to set the record straight. Let's talk Cheating 🛑

RISK: Global Domination is all about taking risks and having fun. To those who wish to break the rules, we know and we take this very seriously!

Yup, she says '3rd party software that intereferes with RIsk' which is quite an obscure statement

Not quite sure what would fall under that category and what wouln't. I know some people use a screen marker tool to count the 70% / remember player positions in fog, have a mice with an infinite scroll wheel, have a macro, take screenshots during the game (with fog) for later use

Would be good to get a better explanation on this
