#Bounty Rumble - Can Respawns Work in Risk?

As an alternative to limited number of turns, how about required eliminations (or eliminate every player at least once?)
required eliminations could be e.g kill 20 players
Both of the victory conditions could apply or just one. When both are active it could go first to bounty limit then turn limit, just in case stalemates do occur. My idea is building off of speed blitz.
The most relevant question is how to exactly handle respawning a player. I have a couple ideas.
- Something similar to a Zombie Infection
- An invisible territory only accessible to the current respawning player. Player must portal into the board.
How many troops does a respawning player get?
