I know it's bad and against the rules, I just want a truthful answer/ solution if possible. So me and my brother played together for a while on and off and eventually we got banned. It said "BANNED" instead of a time duration so it was permanent. I was wondering if that means I'm banned forever or if they'll let me create a new account so long as I dont play with him again, or something else. I just want to know if there's anything I can do. I played 99% of my games solo, but occasionally I'd play with him and get temporary bans. Since I only played risk on and off, I never knew they increased in length until I got a 1 month ban. I take full accountability of course, all I ask is an answer that can guide me into what the next step is. If that's creating a new account, so be it. If that's "you can never play the game again I despise you" then I would appreciate the clarity. It goes without saying if I'm allowed to create another account I would never play with him again on multiplayer servers.

Make a ticket on the smg website and hope. If you ever wanna play with you friends use causal friends mode, not ranked or casual online mode

Gee, you broke the rules repeatedly, and you got caught repeatedly, you got banned repeatedly and you’re surprised that the ban they gave you increased in duration? If you let me play again… I’ll be good… maybe you should have followed the rules to start. If your ban was for a month, serve the month and follow the rules upon your return, would be my advice.

I would just delete your account and make a new one. It’s possible you will have to switch to a new platform (IOS to Steam for example). But maybe just deleting the game and redownloading it would work. Idk I’ve never been banned so it’s hard to know how it works.
I’ll echo what Bala and Lars said. Don’t cheat. You will be caught. It ruins the game for everyone else and your account gets banned. There’s Casual Private games happening all the time on here if you want to play with your brother

I accept it and take responsibility for it. Also since my brother and I only played with each like once or twice every two months, I didn't think the ban would stack for so long.

Maybe I've been hardware ID banned (in which case it's obvious they don't want me to ever play again), which I will responsibly accept, IF thats the case. If not I assume I've just been perma banned from that account and theres someway to create a new account that I havent tried yet

ban appeals can only be handled or discussed via support ticket
