Ahh. Verification. You need to be top 100 on the leaderboard at least 2 weeks into the season. Or be a Risk content creator. If you are either one of those you can open a ticket on SMGs website and request verification

Ok I read your other post. It always works, you just have to be patient. It took almost a month to hear a response for my verification. It’s the sort of thing that gets put on the back burner for more important tasks even if they initially responded quickly

they could say that they will do it later, not saying anything is a bit weird from a customer experience standpoint

They will eventually reply to you. Its quite literally the lowest priority as it does absolutely nothing and is just an in game cosmetic.

We are talking about a very small team answering these tickets (like 1-2 people) and they have to deal with everything from payments not working, bugs, bans, etc. I don't think them sending messages saying "We will get to this later" is necessary. When you open a ticket you should have the understanding that they will get to it when they can get to it and there might be things happening behind the scenes (like them actually verifying your accounts and devices on both Discord and Risk)
