The ship is a bit dumb because it's the size of entire residential areas but it could act like a lifeboat for the rest of the city and serve as a cruise ship when not needed.

Sorry if it's a bit blurry... I exported as png from photoshop, then didn't save the photoshop version so I had to use the png version in photoshop again when I edited it and exported it as png again. Messed up the first image again in canva when I did the format in whiteboard mode so it's a bit zoomed out.
