Has anyone else been experiencing a major increase in trolling and unsportsmanlike play?

Example 1: stalling - yesterday I was trapped in a game for NO LIE, 23 EXTRA TURNS while the last player controlled the entire map except my one territory and refused to end the game…. I did not want to rage quit, so I mustered through it until they got bored… but seriously?! Does my reporting them even do anything?

Example 2: the day before that I entered a 3 player game with a grandmaster and intermediate player. The GM and him were CLEARLY in collusion. No doubt about it. All the tell tail signs were there. Including the fact that I would have never guessed this player was a GM by the way they played.

Bonus question: when half the matches you get involved in are matches like this how on earth is anyone supposed to rank up? When I keep the settings master or higher I tend to win 50% of my matches, but matches are hard to find. When I play novices and up I can’t seem to win more than 20%… how does anyone keep their rank high in that environment?

Love this game and been playing it for nearly 30 years, love the app since it’s been out. But lately I’ve been disappointed with the community it has drawn in.

I've noticed it as well lately and oddly enough I had the exact same thing happen to me yesterday as well. I put in a ticket to SMG and created a a Risk_Ideas to add screenshots to the reports in game. You can check it out here #risk_ideas message.

I can only speak from my experiences. 95% of my opponents have been great. Most have been true sportsmen and I have enjoyed most all of my games. Have I had some bad experiences, sure… that is unavoidable… hang in there.
