Occasionally when my connection cuts out (then comes back) I am unable to control anything. The game tells me it's my turn but if I try to place troops nothing happens and I have to wait as the turn timer runs out. This is happening as we speak and I'm just sitting here hoping to get 2nd lol

I just lose connecting and takes me back to lobby. Used have what you got but now have moved on to a different connection issue. I feel your pain as I only play mobile. Frustrating as always seems to happen when doing well

It was a big issue a few months ago but did get sorted.
I've notice a couple of games recently where some players, for no apparent reason who were in good positions/standings etc, not drafting until time run out. They then had their troops auto added. I couldn't understand why they would do that.
Then it happened to me. Everything worked for other players but on my turn I was not able to draft, which subsequently meant I couldn't attack etc.
It give other players the impression that i was deliberately stalling. No matter what I tried, I could do nothing, other than sit and watch.
After 3-4 turns i gave up and just abandoned my game to let the other Generals fight on.

Happened to me three games in a row, I just gave up. Third game there were 4 of 6 offline, seems to be a widespread issue.
