Tried opening a ticket but no response. Then open other ticket but they deleted it. Asked at google play, they said to send them ticket. But irony is that they don't reply the tickets! Worse is now they even try to cover their tracks and show their irresponsibility and cowardice by deleting the account that opens the support ticket!! Shame on you SMG. Just want to let the rest know because I am sure they will delete this post to hide their tracks.
