They regenerate passively at a coin every 20 minutes or so until you reach 60 coins. You can also watch an ad (on mobile device for 5 coins per ad), or last but not lest you can buy premium and get infinite coins!

I tried game yesterday for the first time. Player 4 games so I was left with 110 coins. Over 12 hours later I still have 110 coins. Do we generate free coins if we play via PC steam or not?

yes you do, there is just a cap. a sort of maximum bank that you can have at any given time. once your balance gets lower you'll see that you'll start accumulating again

Is that new? I think I always had a 60 cap before they offered premium for such a small number of gems that I got it for free
