I have been in a 1v1 with 1 troop left for about 45 minutes now and I've reported him for stalling multiple times I'm just wondering if I can attach screenshots to the report somehow to make it more likely that this guy gets a ban. He currently has 1600 troops in Brazil next to my 1 troop in Argentina and every turn he just brings me back down to 1 troop before ending his turn. I have the game id as well.

No theres not. Just report him from stalling and leave the game. The report system works by having multiple people report it over multiple games as a confirmation I believe. If you really want to stay and see their rank just fake bot out and he should kill you
