We do not have a license to promote, distribute or advertise RISK in Italy - I believe another game has the license there (that provides a board version rather than digital)

I think the license holder just uses it for the board version (so it's still massively good for Italians, but at the expense of no digital version)
We can't do anything about it unfortunately, if the license expires would be the only time we could (though I don't think that'll be in our lifetimes 😅)
