I just lost 3,219 rank points after winning game. 24,219 to 21,000. Has anyone experienced this?

Yes, I lost a whole bunch of points in my 1v1 rank over night. I just guess there was some kind of error/delay in the data from yesterdays games.

So my level dropped at least 10 levels as well???!!!!

I thought I was alone.
I dropped from 17 - 9 and lost 3500 FFA points.
I created a ticket but that is hanging with no response.
I question, what's the point in getting involved with a game that's so unstable and support staff/system is non existent. Strangely though, if one want to deposit some cash, or buy a pointless emoji/avatar, etc, then that works instantly and flawlessly.
I'm giving them untill the end of the week to respond with a credible answer or I'm deleting my account, never to be seen again.

Plumbs- there are a couple of different issues that need fixing, and Rome wasn’t built in a day. Is it a little discouraging, sure. I just joined discord a couple of days ago because of the same issue. What I learned is that many people are having connection issues. They (SMG) has acknowledged this and are working on that issue. That makes sense to me, you need to have a working game before worrying about rankings. I recommend playing some casual games, try some new settings, see what is out there. I noticed in a Pete video he even mentioned he was impacted, I saw a post from Arco that he was impacted pretty severely. I suspect Risky Fil has been impacted too (I was just a few places behind him in rank before we both got the whammie a couple of days ago. I also invest money in this game but will hold off putting more money in until some things get fixed… but give ‘em a chance to get it right… and sometimes that takes some time.
