They are technically not deleted, just disabled. They'll likely be added back in future when there's not an ongoing conflict - and for anyone that has the russia maps they'll have gotten the replacement maps & the russia maps back (extra maps in their map pack) 🤷♀️

Oh I thought they got added before Russia was removed even so I didn’t pay for Greece I payed for Russia why would they not just do literally anything else to support ukraine this is a really cheap and stupid decision to remove three maps

You got free maps and eventually you will get the Russia maps back. You may not agree with the decision but it doesn’t hurt anyone. They also removed them a long time ago so this is a really weird hill to die on now

Well you clearly didn’t just start playing Risk since you claim to have bought those maps. And my point is that this game isn’t a democracy. They are a company and they can do whatever they want. They fairly compensated the players it affected and that’s more than most companies would do. I agree that temporarily removing Russia from the game accomplishes nothing meaningful, but that’s not our decision to make.
