PLEASE NOTE

  • We will be switching to embed based change logs in future, this is just out here so you can check previous update details quickly (and through search!)

There may be minor errors in change logs, if you come across one please let us know in #help_create_a_ticket (#help_create_a_ticket message)

Change Log date format

  • Dates are formatted in the format: YYYY/MM/DD (year -> month -> day)

Change Log source

  • Android based change log
  • we have others (e.g Steam) however some of these are too long for this channel 🙁
  • we'll be aiming to combine these better when we switch to embed based.

When we update to embed based change logs

  • Dates will be added as relative timestamps & full timestamps
  • Full timestamp example: <t:1504742400:F>
  • Relative timestamp example: <t:1504742400:R>
  • *on pc you'll note that you can hover over each of these to see the full length version)
  • Dates will also assume UTC-0, with times for a 'day' being 0000 UTC, this is just to keep it standardised, you may find in the US that this means it may appear as '5 hours behind / on the previous day' - and always a pain for daylight savings time for UK & others 🙃)
  • We'll aim to have the change log entries searchable
  • Also aim to combine 'news posts' data (e.g Steam Announcements) as links under each update range
  • In future we'll also consider adding content item data (e.g when was a map released, when was a dice released and so on)
