I'm very confused on how to change my in-game RISK name. Can someone help me out here? i want to change it to something custom.

Name changes can be done in game but only by cycling through game generated names. For a custom name you have to link an external account with a custom name. I think Apple ID , Facebook and Game Center are the options. To get there Hit the button in the top left then “settings” then “risk account”
You’ll want to change the name of the account to what you want before you link it.
