I want to share my experience with SMG, Ive been playing risk since 2018 or 2019, I was never interested in the ranking etc. Last year I got hooked up with the game so bad that I decided to buy the game with no adds. In January I had to move and lost my tablet(left it at my old place) multiple apps i had there got hacked(bank app, credit card app etc etc) 3 months later I tried to log in and it said my account was banned. I reached out thinking it was blocked due to inactivity or whatever. I reached out to SMG via ticket and they have denied to reinstate my original account where I had spent time and money. I explained what happened and they wont reactivate my account. They claim I hacked the game, which what is the point of hacking? to win? I understand some people like to win like that but at the end it is people with no skills to play. Im an average player who enjoys to play on my free time.

SMG has refused to help me, but when it comes to reporting cheaters they dont do anything.

How did you get reported for hacking without hacking?

In all fairness to you and SMG, I can understand the frustration of losing a tablet, etc.
But surely you can understand the day when a handshake was a legit guarantee and a man's word was his bond are over. There are a lot of rascals out there with nothing better to do than to piss people off.
Stop leaving your valuables behind when you move.
SMG has no idea if it was you that did the hacking or someone else - but apparently it happened with your account, presumably accessed by some ne'er-do-well that found your tablet. (I can only dream of having that kind of computer proficiency)

Now, what SMG should do is allow you the option of reinstating your account with the various things you purchased, (gems, avatars, etc) by getting your personal log in info - email, etc. But if a hacker hacked you - then maybe they can't trust that. I dunno. What would you have them do, and would you think it reasonable if the shoe were on the other foot?
