Hi 'm, I recently noticed that even I choose to play with 6 humans there are always 1 or 2 bots in the game. You can recognize them through their avatar and through their behavior? Why was this changed? If I wanted to play bots I would have selected bots 🙄

Anyone else noticed this too?

It's from the start. You see it from their behavior. They have completely ruined the game experience. I really liked this game but right now 20-40% are bots and I hate it. Can no longer enjoy the game

I hate when there are boys in my game too.

I prefer be opposed by more mature strategic thinking RISK playing humans not boys.

Humans who become bots in the game will always happen. Most people give up pretty fast. A few rare one will stay until the end.

But starting a 6 human player game that start right away with bots is really annoying, ya.

I mostly create lobby, always 6 human players. And many many time, there's 1-2 bots.

Even in lobby that fill up in couple of second. Like really? You joined 4 sec before I started the game and you couldn't ready up?

The problem is that "ready up". They told us in March, 2022, that they would put it before starting the game, so that if someone doesn't ready up, we can just kick him and wait for an other one. It was supposed to come with the rework of the leaderboard, but it's not there yet. No clue when it will happen, but I really want it. It's a simple thing that would avoid lot of annoyance.

They don't ready up, and they will be switched out before it starts showing the bot icon on the player who bot-ed.

The only way I've found to combat this is to make a lobby during busy periods for your chosen setting and wait for no more than 5 minutes, if it takes more than 5 minutes, dissolve the lobby and make another.

If you have 6 players use the the lobby chat to try and see if everyone is there before hitting go. Generally I have 90% of 6 player lobby's working, with the usual quitters throughout. The last 10% you hope the human player all work together to take out the bot or not let them get too strong.

I can try that. But why would SMG Studio add bots when we are looking for human players? They may think we want to start the new game quickly but I prefer waiting a little longer and have 6 human players. I also have the impression this issue has started around the same time that all the AI programs came in the news...
