This game is a disgrace to the game Risk itself. When cheaters only get demoted as a form of punishment is a joke. Simple solution of week to a months ban would solve the issue. Almost positive it has something to do with greed. Fn shame

We don't have any functionality to "only demote" players, only way their rank is impacted is as a result of a permanent ban
