When I was playing there was a player that would attack a territory and not have to leave any troops in it (the normal 3 minimum that you have to leave). So at the beginning of the game this player had an advantage taking his chosen bonus. Has this been seen before?

If you attack with less than 3 dice you can leave 2 or even just 1 troop behind. Those rolls are not 100%, but can work out.

So what I saw was a person roll 1 die against someone elses defending troop and win first try? Meaning they only leave 1 troop in that territory and are able to take the rest of their troops the other way?
