A couple hypothetical questions for rule clarification:
Suppose I live in the same household as a high level Risk GM widely known on this server, but our connection is unknown and this GM is not registered for or participating in anyway in the current tournament. Could I play with them watching over my shoulder dispensing advice or would this be unfair?
Is it permissible to take screen shots or take notes to aid in remembering locations of later hidden caps and enemy stacks in a game with fog or are these aids not in the spirit of the game?
Suppose a player has carefully studied the previous rounds scores and the records of the players in their next match and knows that while a perfect score is achievable in a caps game they may be better served by causing their opponents to all tie for last place, and to be left out of the next round based on their now much lower score total or is this a dirty trick?
Look forward to hearing peoples thoughts on these possibly straight forward rules questions or possibly deep ethical conundrums.
