When do we find out the days and times we play? I would like to know in advance so I can properly prepare.

You will be pinged in #event_announcements on the 16th with a link to a spreadsheet. This spreadsheet contains your schedule game time along with other info.
In addition to this you will receive a dm and pings before your game as well(which will range from 48 hours to 5 minutes before)
