Players like this need to be heavily penalized. I like to try to battle to the end, but a player stalling for over an hour is sickening.

Best way to deal with this is to just Report that Player and Hope he gets Punished!

Stalling is not always the case. While I agree there are many players abusing the game for self gratification, it's not fair that everyone is tarred with the same brush.
There is a glitch which has attacked me on 3 occasions now.
The latest, after building up nice stacks in Africa in the early rounds, I found I could not draft any troops, anywhere. No matter what i tried, i could not get the game to let me draft. I could highlight a territory and the game would automatically add my troops to that territory when my time ran out. Subsequently not able to attack or fortify thereafter. Effectively making me look like "A Staller".
This particular game was a 120 sec round which, needless to say frustrated every other player as much as me.
This would continue each round until either I was attacked and defeated, or I quit.
In this particular FFA game, if I quit, I loose substantial ranking points, or if I sit and watch the game allowing the software to auto add troops each and every round, albeit with a 2 minute wait everytime I could potentially get a second place and heaps of points for doing nowt.
Sadly there is no way of advising other players during the game other than displaying pointless emoji to show my frustration.

Furthermore, trying to navigate around discord to find an answer is as equally frustrating, it's a minefield of gibberish. Also trying to create a ticket or contact someone to deal with the issue has been made so difficult, its just not worth the bother.

Finally, I guess the decent thing to do would be to quit the game and leave the other players get on with their game, but what's the point of trying to build up a point tally for it to be snacked away through no fault of oneself.
