I have 2 questions:
Does it have any positive effect if you defeat players in ffa ranked, even if you win / dont win the game?
Not speaking about getting their cards, but for example get bonus ranked points or sth.
Do i get Ranking points for not being first but maybe 3rd of 6 in ffa? Or Do i online get points if i win?
-> if yes: Would your ranking raise if you e.g. always online be 2nd place?

Checkout pinned messages in #risk_rank . There is a chart, posted by Sterling, that spells out how your skill points would change in the older ranking system against similarly ranked opponents.
The current system works similar, but with smaller values than in the chart.
Another factor is, in fact, the rank of your opponents. If you are above higher ranked players, that will add to the gain of rank points. Being below lower ranked players will add to the loss of rank points.
