I've been trying to create/join online games with friends for a few days now. Every time I try I either get stuck on connecting, if I'm trying to create an online game. Or I get stuck on loading, if I try to join a friend's game. I've googled the issue and the only thing I can find is that it 'should fix itself in a few days' or that it's an 'internet problem' I don't think it could be an internet problem as everything else is working perfectly and has been for a few days.

I was on a public wifi for some time and had the same effect.
(I guess they just block certain ports, all internet was working fine)

VPN is a common factor too, anyone that uses them quite a lot will be familiar with seeing P2P / P2P as some will block it. It's required for sending/receiving data to RISK servers so an easily overlooked one
