Banned after completing a game:

If you were banned after completing a game there's two possibilities:
True-Positive -> You were banned for either playing with a friend in Global Domination (this includes unranked), playing with alt account(s), using an inappropriate username or intentionally delaying gameplay / spamming.
False-Positive -> Sometimes (though very rarely!) our automated systems incorrectly issue a ban. This can sometimes come from inaccurate reports (suspected collusion, suspected hacking (e.g fast attacking), controversial topic name (if you don't like cats, please don't have it as part of your name, lots of people do!))

Returning player after a long time:
As part of our v3.7 update, we made internal changes to how bans were handled in-app. This can result in a ban message if you haven't played since then.
That said, there's a quick fix!
First off, restart RISK - if you are still banned, can you access the shop / friends list etc.?
- If you can, your account may have been banned due to violations of our fair play rules here: https://smgstudio.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/11000090958-fair-play-rules
- If not, you may need to try connecting from another network connection (WiFi, Mobile, Mobile Hotspot for PC players, etc.)
