Cannot load game

Description of the Bug:
Since 1.0 came out, I started a new game and played it for several hours. Then when I went to load the game back up, it freezes at 36% (loading roads) every time.

This is what I did when the bug occurred:
I have attempted to verify files, re-install the game and no matter what, it still freezes up at 36% load percentage and I have to force close the game.

You also need to submit the attachments asked for so Devs can investigate the issue.

As this does not seem to be a widespread problem, it would be hard to try to replicate from scratch.

Zip it up if too big to send to Discord individually, or share on a fileshare site (google drive or whatever, make sure it is for public).

Alternatively, you can email the files to the support email and reference this ticket (via copy link) in your message.
