This map (forget its name) has this one iodine mine that is so close to a swamp that you cannot build there. While there are other nodes in other settlement areas I'd rather not expand settlements so fast.

I have encountered a similar or the same map. And there it is really impossible to place the mine where you show. But I managed to place it higher above the swamp. And I don't like it when swamps and fields border mountains and bodies of water.
