Unlocking boreal

I'm about to unlock boreal(t6 zone) I'm lvl 109 about to hit 110 with full maxed t5 rares

Any tips before going for it all tips are appreciated, thanks

Watch out for the wolf packs, they're mean, but they do move around so if you keep an eye on the mini map you can usually avoid them.

HP jewellery is your friend in Boreal especially the hunter's luck ring and the fall festival stuff, having enough health to take the hits is better than a little bit more attack speed and minimal hp

rare boots for run speed, the t6 uncommon drink buff which improves run speed in snow is great, would recommend for Glacier Lake and Denali

For everyday farming, a cheap armor is sufficient, ie t6 common jacket and trousers, t6 uncommon hat and t5 rare boots. The only t6 rare you absolutely need at the beginning is the harpoon, so good luck with the blueprint lottery.
Get used to the harsh winds, avoid wolf packs as far as possible. Don't hunt the walrus 😉

I'll need some time to get the gear and working benches but these are some good tips, I'll try to stay away from the walrus😅

He won't attack you, just waste your weapons durability...

You'll need to kill one or 2 to complete the boreal challenge though

the walrus isn't dangerous in and of itself but it takes like a million years to kill it (if you can block it in so it doesn't escape) and you'll often get attacked by bandits or a wolf pack while you're trying to kill it...

... then it only gives you 320-400 of the t1 meat, no t4 or t6 meat. Most disappointing pinata ever. 😂

If only you can choose whom to target it'll be easier... I've lost 2 or 3 walruses to bandits..

no, the story proper ends at chapter 5, there's no ch. 6
You'll get a handful of mini quests for opening T7 when it's time, that's it

For walrus hunting to fulfill the quest just use a hunters luck ring and loads of patience

You can kill the walrus with your fists with the hunter ring. And some patience. There should be a badge but there isn't.

I would. For a badge 😹 and especially if they loaded them with juicy haunches. Except im not sure anatomically if a walrus has a haunch.
