Do foods still have the permant buffs?

I remember a while ago foods would have permanent buffs first time esting them, do they still do that or is that removed, and also for the ones that did get eaten with the permanent buffs, do we keep them even after the change if there was one?

Permanent buffs were removed from food , now they are part of skill trees

For the perma buffs, if we ate them did they carry over past the update after removing them, or are they removed

Also another question, when does the marshland track end, like does it end once i reach a certain lvl or when i finish the dog sled?
