Yes it say and you can do it again. I did it the 2nd time

Basically you can re-enter and stuff are exactly where it was before you died.

1st time I took my 2 best gun but my 2nd best armor and I died from the hand of the beast (because it had company).
The second time it was alone and I had a better armor.

For me it was easy, maybe its hard for skill issue players

Maybe they could do like siege to more more focus on books and location threat give more resources but less books

The 2 fights themselves

Before dying the 1st attempt I had that in my pockets

And the 2nd time before leaving I had that :

I did both Town siege and that one... I found that one a bit harder.
My bad luck was I got ambuched by multiple animals on the top on my target. I needed better armor... The rifle that I choose the 1st time was fine... It have 40% extra on animals.

Yes. I would have loved a bit of skill books for hunting...

To be honest I don't see that it is really new for this one.
It is still hunting but it is basically hunting a high Tier beast among other high Tier animals in high Tier conditions (you can see the wind like in Boreal) but with a lower Tier location... Only the trees and the herbs are different 🙂

Negatif aspects: - So you can not take high Tier rss when you are done. Rewards doesnt match the other animal hunting mission.
Positif aspects: You don't have to walk far to do it. And I dont think you need a pet to do it neither.

Well. I got another one of those. And I finally see the pattern... They put one or few extra beast(s) next to the target... So you have to deal with multiple attack at once... See for youself tonight.
I had at the same time two bears: lvl 125 and 145...

The lvl 125 is not supposed to attack me as I have enough spirit but it is doing so... With the same setup I don't get attack by bears in Boreal.

And yesterday's, you clearly can see that I have been dealing with 3 other pumas on the top of my target.

I WOULD RECOMMEND TO NOT DO THOSE TASKS until they change it.
Or at least save your backpack by leaving it with your horse...

This what I got from the one today. Except I left out to load the horse. Then went back in and claimed the reward and could not find a way back to where the chest was and some of the animals were encased in the borders. I left out then decided to go in one more time and the location had reset to a normal t1 location without me leaving the location.

Moral of the story gather all rss or loot before claiming the prize.

Anyway the beast hits like a freight train and not only does it have one or more friends with it, there's a silly number of spawns. Including full wolf packs.

I think nick needs to offer coins on top of the HP. With spirit you can reduce the enemies. But the main enemy and spawns make it fairly costly. The loot is OK but it doesn't sound like you get ingots all the time.

Well you got excellent rss from it. Mine didn't look like that at all both time. Happy for you... I will never do it again unless they change it.

I'm waiting for this again. Last time it didn't offer me anything but skins. Chest was bad, nothing remarkable. Not even ingot nor gun parts.

Bandit version offered me T6-T7 so it's worth it. Add up rss over time.

As other mention, a new source of coins is one thing.
But item should be worth it. Higher level player the resources are harder to get. I know they don't have to do it, but if if nobody do it. Then why waste time developing it.

I know getting free gun part each day is unreasonable. But it should be a possibility. Just like any bandit hide out. You have a chance.

This is a level 90 bandit one example. One day I got T6-7 items!

Then today I got this. Something I would have gotten anyways. But don't have to fight T5 bandits, in T4 zone. (beside hemp cloth)

First if all, increase the first reward and indicate it before reaching the location...
And more importantly don't had extra buddy agressive animals to the targeted beast... It is already hard enough.

Dev probably forgot the whole pack = 1 unit thing
