#Can you use tier 3 armour in the Dried Forest?

I always only wear one pair of shoes, and rely on monsters to give me the rest, and humans will give me equipment.
You can use any armor . Just drink a water canteen or a compote
No more heat for the duration of the effect
Same goes to cold , but with steak and porridge
Cheers I have an excess of fur and linen ATM. I guess it will save a heal or two.
Think you can’t die out of thirst, but it does give noticable debuff
Oh, once you get rare boots, one stab, run a bit, and one shot Beretta, kill Red Lynx.
Your armor effects how quickly your food or drink buffs are used. So if you dress in armor that keeps you warm or cool enough, the buffs last the length they say. You can check under your HP bar if you tap the symbols it tells you what buffs you have and how long they will last.
If you aren't dressed warmly or cool enough and don't have a special drink or food that warms or cools extra, your bar will show a red snowflake or red sun. That means your protection from food, drink and armor isn't enough. When you look at the durations it will say that your food (for cold areas) or drink (for warm areas) won't last as long.
That amount of time will vary based on your food or armor choices.
So if you choose warming armor in a hot area your drink will where off faster than if you wear inadequate cooling armor. So pack an extra drink the first time you go if you don't know how long the buff will last in the area.
Drink water, go naked, farm herbs and death warp back
Honestly when I'm busy irl, this is best method to get higher tier items. Even better when you keep some free bags from npc. Another good way to bring items from very far back. Toss +10 bag on, load items with no durability issue.
